Personalization

Can I see my personalization before I buy?
Yes. Personalized products show a live preview on the product page as you type. Before adding to cart you confirm a spelling-check checkbox, and your order confirmation email repeats the personalization so you can check it once more.

What if I misspell a name?
Production works from exactly what you entered. Contact us right away with your order number – personalized items are made to order, so there is only a limited window before production begins, and we will tell you honestly whether a change is still possible.

How many characters can I use?
It differs by product and is shown in the personalization field on that product page.

Can I use a photo?
On products that accept one. The preview shows your image inside the product frame before you buy – see the Personalization Guide for what reproduces well.

Shipping & delivery

How long will my order take?
Two timelines, always shown separately: production (about 3 business days for most items; the exact time is on the product page) and transit (5–7 business days). Add them together for a realistic arrival window.

How much is shipping?
Free on US and international orders of $75 or more. Below that it is $6.95 in the US and $8.95 internationally, applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Duties and import taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charge. See our Shipping Policy.

Will I get tracking?
Yes – by email at shipping confirmation. You can also log in to your account, or send us your order number. See Track Your Order.

I need it by a specific date.
Add production time and transit time before you order, and contact us if the date is tight. We would rather tell you it will not make it than have it arrive late.

Sizing

Which size should I choose?
Go by height and weight rather than age. Sizes run Newborn through 3T – see the Size Guide, and between sizes, size up.

I’m buying a gift and don’t know the size.
Choose something size-free: a blanket, keepsake, name sign or gift set. See Baby Shower Gifts and New Baby Gifts.

Orders & returns

Can I return a non-personalized item?
Yes, within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for condition requirements and how refunds are issued.

Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made to order for one child, which limits returns. If we made an error, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we make it right.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Only before production begins. Contact us immediately with your order number.

My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Send a photo and your order number through our contact page and we will sort it out.

What is an item made of, and how do I wash it?
Fiber content and care instructions are listed on each product page, because they differ per product. Materials & Care explains how to read them and how to wash personalized pieces.

Who are your products for?
Newborns through age 3 – clothing, blankets and swaddles, nursery decor, milestone keepsakes, accessories and gift sets.
