Accessibility

We want every parent to be able to use this store, including those using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

What we are working toward

Our goal is to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are not claiming we are fully there — this is an ongoing effort, and a personalization preview in particular is a hard thing to make fully accessible. Areas we actively check:

  • Text alternatives on product and lifestyle images
  • Colour contrast on text, buttons and form labels
  • Full keyboard access to navigation, filters, the personalization fields and checkout
  • Form fields with real labels and clear error messages, not colour alone
  • Headings in a logical order so a screen reader can skim the page

Known limitations

Some third-party features on the site — payment, and any embedded review or chat tools — are rendered by external providers, and we do not fully control their markup. Where we find a barrier we cannot fix ourselves, we raise it with the provider and offer a way around it in the meantime.

If something blocks you

Tell us and we will fix it or help you directly. Use our contact page and include the page you were on and what happened. If you cannot complete an order on the site, contact us and we will take the order and the personalization details with you directly.

We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not feedback — they go on the list to be fixed.
