What to include

Your order number, if your question is about an existing order. It is in your order confirmation email, and in your account if you created one.
The email address used at checkout, if it is different from the one you are writing from.
What you would like to happen – a correction, a replacement, a size recommendation, or just an answer.
A photo, if an item arrived damaged, defective, or with personalization that doesn’t match your order.

Time-sensitive messages

Personalized items are made to order, so a correction or cancellation only works before production begins. If you need to fix a spelling or stop an order, write to us as soon as you notice and put your order number in the first line.

We won’t promise a turnaround we can’t hold, so we will tell you honestly whether a change is still possible rather than leaving you guessing.

Before you order

Questions before buying are welcome – you don’t need an order number for those. If you have a deadline, ask first: we would rather tell you a date won’t work than have a gift arrive late.
